#s 101 - 104 are full day classes
#105—#111 are morning classes #205 –#211 are afternoon classes

Material fee is paid to the teacher on the day of class. Required Tools & Equipment list are in cluced in the class description and will be included in your registration confirmation letter.

You will create a professional quality tunable drum from a bottle gourd, goat skin & nylon cord. The Mayans used this instrument for ritual celebration: and this style drum is a popular choice for many modern musicians.

Create a Native American inspired personal shield suitable for hanging. You will learn about the Plains Indian symbols and select one to decorate the bottom of a large gourd. You will use woodburning, paints and dyes. The shield will be embellished with feathers, horsehair and beads.
